Our Story

Rebecca Fuscardo graduated from the Pittsburgh Art Institute ready to make her mark on the world.  In 1991, she form The Artworks where she utlized her talents to create beautiful murals, signs, and more, eventually making her way into the decorative concrete industry. In 2017, Rebecca and her son, Gaetano, made the decision to partner together to create Fuscardo Concrete/The Artworks LLC in order to use their more than 50 years combined experience to push the boundaries of the concrete industry and offer turn-key concrete solutions for residential and commercial customers across the world.



At Fuscardo Concrete, we've built our foundation on family values and concrete excellence. As a mother-son team, we've established ourselves as Weirton's leading concrete contractors by combining innovative techniques with unwavering dedication to quality.
